What I am Doing Now

October Word Theme: Learning

I want to focus more on building lifestyles and learning this month. I want to live a more distraction free life. I want to focus on my self care, on my happiness, on my mood states, on my well being. I want to learn more about the mental health space and learn about the areas that I could be of assistance. I like to focus more on love and care.

Identities & Lifestyles I like to try

  1. I naturally express my love and affection through warm, heartfelt hugs
  2. I am excited to try out a new experience/thing every week with myself or with others
  3. Dancing and movement is my lifestyle that I love
  4. Reading is my favorite activity to do whenever I have time
  5. I feel happier and clear-headed when I live a distracted-free lifestyle
  6. I value my health, self-care, self-love, and happiness
  7. I value doing things that are interesting to me and where I can actively help people

Habits & Routines

  1. Reading every night before bed
  2. Taking time to dance a few times a week
  3. Try a new, planned experience every week with myself or with others
  4. Rock climbing Tuesday & Thursday
  5. Blogging Monday & Thursday every week

Plans for Novemeber

  1. Do well in university
  2. Learning more about the mental health space and what I can do to help
  3. Traveling to San Diego w/ Pahan for Thanksgiving Break
  4. Live a focused-distraction free life
  5. Read 2 books if I can

  3. Plan dance classes for the week
  4. Schedule calendar for the week
  5. Reflect progress over the week
